Crafted in small batches from tantalizing white varietals and Pinot Noir, this Sparkling White dazzles with toasted brioche, caramel, and pear aromas. By using the Charmat Method, we add a liqueur de tirage to our still wine in a sealed tank to induce a second fermentation with CO2 to invoke exceptional minerality that dances on the palate.
