Ownership for all products ordered from Winking Seal Beer Co.™ by you shall be passed on to you on delivery of the order placed.

The courier may request proof of identification as well as proof of age in order to complete the delivery of the ordered products.

Alcohol is not permitted for sale or delivery to any persons under the age of 18 years old.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery can be made through any third party Delivery Service Providers selected by Winking Seal Beer Co.™.

Safe and secure packing and delivery of the product will be ensured by Winking Seal Beer Co™.

All steps to ensure safe and secure delivery of the order within the stipulated time of delivery will be jointly undertaken by Winking Seal Beer Co.™ and / or Delivery Service Providers.

No Liability will arise on Winking Seal Beer Co.™ or the Third Party in case of delivery of the order could not be undertaken by reasons of civil unrest, commotion, war, riots, Acts of God, strike etc.

Reasons of non-delivery of the consignment for reasons of Non-availability of the consignee, wrong address, insufficient address, No such Consignee etc will not cause any liability on us or the Third Party.

Delivery of products to destinations within our specified delivery regions within Ho Chi Minh City will happen through Winking Seal Beer Co™ delivery and / or Delivery Service Providers (e.g. Grab Delivery, Ahamove and GoViet).

Any complaints / issues regarding delivery of products ordered will be resolved within 1 day from the date of lodging the complaint.

Preparation of your order will begin immediately after your order has been confirmed.

ORDER ERRORS

If you receive an order that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us at +84 (0) 96 1539500 as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order and we will correct and replace the order.

You will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new order has a greater value than the order received in error in the same method as the original order.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS

In the rare occasion that you do not receive the order that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. please call us at +84 (0) 96 1539500 as soon as you notice that any order items were not received in your delivery. You may cancel the missed items before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to you in the same method as the original payment.

CANCELED ORDERS

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is delivered.

ORDERS CANCELLED BY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS

It’s possible our Deliver Service Providers might cancel the delivery if they’re unable to find or reach you. When they arrive at your delivery address, they’re prompted to call you so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting the order to arrive. If a delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your designated location, you may not be eligible for a refund.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED

As a private business, it is the right of Winking Seal Beer Co.™ to deny or refuse service / access to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policy we, unfortunately, will not be able to conduct future business with the customer so that we may continue to provide excellent and quality food and service for all customers.

Please note: we strive to prepare and package our items to preserve the high quality of the product. Keep in mind the temperature and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.

If 25% or more of the items ordered have been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the product has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. Also, we will only prepare a second order in all situations and we will not prepare a third order replacement.
