Delivery & Return Policy
We offer food and beverage delivery 7 days a week from 2am to 10pm at the date and time you indicate during checkout. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Sometimes there are issues that are outside of our control, including heavy rain, flooding, government road closures or restrictions to enter certain areas, etc - in the event of any delivery delays, we'll call you to give you an update.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Beverage and food shipping is free-of-charge within central Ho Chi Minh City. For non-central areas in Ho Chi Minh City, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this point, we do not offer beverage or food delivery outside of Ho Chi Minh City, but please visit the venue locator on our website for both online and physical locations where you can buy our beer in your area.
Local Delivery & Pick Up
We offer local delivery or pickup directly from our Taproom in District 1 for beverage and food.
Please place your order online and select 'Pick Up' at the 'Delivery Method' screen.
All merchandise is available for shipping worldwide and items are fulfilled from the closest fulfillment center to you. Merchandise orders are usually fulfilled with 2-3 weeks, but can sometimes take longer due to customs clearance or another factors beyond our control.
Once your order is confirmed, we will email a tracking number for you to follow the delivery progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Winking Seal Beer Co.™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
